Novus is an educational data platform powered by an AI assistant known as SassySigma. The Platform provides market data observations, pattern recognition, educational content, and a community leaderboard. Novus does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals intended as solicitation to buy or sell securities.

Past performance displayed on the leaderboard or referenced by SassySigma is not indicative of future results. Novus does not hold, manage, or have access to any user funds. We do not connect to your brokerage account, store API keys, or execute trades on your behalf. Any brokerage information you provide (such as which broker you use) is collected solely for product development purposes and to improve the Platform experience. Your broker, your money, your decisions.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, AI generated responses, leaderboard data, and software, is the property of Novus or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVUS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

The information provided by SassySigma and the Platform is based on data analysis and pattern recognition, not guaranteed outcomes. Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably. Novus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
